TurboScribe is a service operated by Lu HaiHui ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using TurboScribe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

TurboScribe provides audio and video transcription services using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service allows users to upload audio and video files and receive text transcriptions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

TurboScribe offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The TurboScribe name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate. Users should review and verify all transcriptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
